If, for some reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your indoor water fountain purchase, you may return your water fountain to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less original delivery and return shipping and processing costs. To ensure a full refund, the fountain must be returned unused with all original contents enclosed, including packing materials, manuals etc. Please note that we cannot accept a fountain if liquid has been run through it.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping to our facility, and all packages must be insured for the full retail price of the water fountain. Before returning your water fountain, you must call one of our customer service representatives to obtain a Return Authorization code. Any items returned without this Return Authorization code will not be accepted by our shipping department.

Customers are responsible for reporting damaged water fountains within 3 business days of receiving your fountain so we may report to our shipper. To report damage you must e-mail us at Info@FountainsRus.com. When required to sign for a fountain please write "subject to inspections" next to your signature. Our fountains rarely get damaged in shipping, however in the event that damage does occur, FountainsRus will replace or fix the fountain.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders that are cancelled before being shipped will be assessed a 6% restocking fee, to cover credit card charges incurred by our company.

If you choose to refuse delivery, or if you cancel your order after the product has shipped, a 30% restocking fee will be assessed, in addition to all shipping charges, in order to cover our administrative costs.
